摘要
本文讨论了目前旧式电炉节能改造中应予考虑的一个问题:不仅应当注意节能炉衬的优化设计,而且应该重视节能炉衬的优化组合,即应针对不同部位炉衬的服役条件分别选用不同结构的节能炉衬。它对保证炉子长期、可靠工作,获得预定的节能效益和经济效益是不容忽视的。
This paper has discussed a problem which is merited consideration in recanstructing old-type of electric resistance furnaos today. It is demmed that not only optimizing design but also optimizing combination of the furnace linings for energysaving should be noticed, i. e. aecording to varous service conditions of every part the furnace linings with different construction must be selected respectively, this not to be ignored to assure durability and dependerbility of furnace and to obtain predeterministic energy-saving benefit and better economic results.
