略论民办机制之于民办院校的意义

On the meaning of market mechanism to private institutions of higher education

我国民办高等教育已经渡过了"原始积累期",正走向"持续发展期"。民办院校的办学主要依靠民办机制,它是民办院校内部运行体系的基础,民办院校与社会互动的主渠道,民办院校可持续发展的重要保障。民办机制有助于民办院校摆脱陈旧落后的管理体制,建立专业团队管理体制;有助于民办院校创新人才培养体系,建立有自身特色的建制完备、结构合理、功能先进的人才培养体系;有利于民办院校开发质量保障体系,提高办学水平和质量,增强社会认同度和美誉度。

Private higher education in China has been moving from ＂the period of primitive accumulation＂ toward ＂the period of sustainable development＂.Private institutions of higher education mainly rely on market mechanism,which is the base of the inner operating system of private institutions,the main channel of interaction between private institutions and the society,and an important guarantee of sustainable development of private institutions.It is helpful to private institutions to get rid of old and obsolete administration system,and build a professional administration system;to private institutions to innovate talent educating system,and establish a new one with complete formation,proper structure and advanced function;and to private institutions to develop quality assurance system,improve teaching standards and quality,and enhance social recognition and reputation.
