摘要
本文概括地叙述了近年来国内外学者在铸件充填过程的计算数值模拟方面所做的工作,包括浇注系统中的流量、流速问题,型腔中的流场问题,以及在考虑了充填过程中伴随有金属液温度降低情况时上述问题的处理,指出了当前研究工作中存在的问题。
The works done by researchers during past two decades on numerical simulation of filling processing of castings are discussed summarily, includes the rate amount and velocity in gating system, flow field in cavity et c.When considering the temperature dropping of metal melt, the processing methods to problems mentioned above are discussed too.
