摘要
海洋环境造就了海洋微生物有别于陆地微生物的代谢途径,使他们往往能代谢生产与陆地微生物不同的结构新颖、活性独特的抗肿瘤活性产物,从海洋微生物发酵产物中已发现了很多抗肿瘤活性新化合物。本文按化合物结构类型归纳介绍近十几年研究发现的几类较重要的部分海洋微生物抗肿瘤活性产物。
Microorganisms living in marine environment have acquired the metabolic ability to produce secondary metabolites both rich in chemical diversity and biological activity through their evolutionary processes for adapting to the environment.A number of new compounds with antitumor activity have been found from secondary metabolites of microorganisms in the marine environment.This paper summarizes several portions of the secondary metabolites with antitumor activity,in terms of their chemical structures,which were found by the fermentation of microorganisms from the marine environment in the past decade.
