摘要
运用硅胶柱层析、Sephadex LH-20凝胶柱层析和HPLC等技术,对采自浙江南麂岛海域的衫叶厥藻(Caulerpa taxifolia)的化学成分进行了研究。从丙酮浸取物中分离得到4个二萜类成分,经NMR、MS等波谱技术分析,其结构分别鉴定为α-tocospiros A(1)、cacospongionolide C(2)、phytene-3(20)-1,2-diol(3)和phytenal(4)。其中化合物1为首次从海洋生物中分离得到,2和3均为首次发现于海藻中,4为首次分离于厥藻属海藻中。化合物1-4对蛋白酪氨酸磷酸酯酶1B(PTP1B)均无明显的抑制活性。
The chemical constituents of the green alga Caulerpa taxifolia(Vahl) C.Agardh,collected from Nanji Island,Zhejiang Province,China,were investigated.The acetone extract was subjected to separation by silica gel and Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography,followed by purification with C18 HPLC to afford four diterpenoids.Their structures were elucidated as α-tocospiros A(1)、cacospongionolide C(2)、phytene-3(20)-1,2-diol(3) and phytenal(4),respectively,on the basis of their spectroscopic data including 1D and 2D NMR,and MS.In this report,compound 1 was isolated from marine organisms for the first time,compounds 2 and 3 were firstly found from marine algae,and compound 4 was the first time to obtained from green algae of the genus Caulerpa.Compounds 1~4 were evaluated for their inhibitory activities against PTP1B,and they were found to be inactive.
