细菌生物膜相关感染的防治方法研究进展 被引量:28

摘要 细菌生物膜是由附着于惰性或者活性实体表面的细菌和包裹着细菌的水合性基质所组成的结构性细菌群落。生物膜无处不在,绝大多数细菌在条件合适的情况下都能形成生物膜。生物膜内的细菌具有极强的耐药性,是浮游细菌的100-1 000倍,给人类健康带来了严重的危害,因此如何防治细菌生物膜就成为目前研究的热点。目前已发现某些物理方法和化合物能抑制细菌粘附和细菌生物膜形成,其中一些有可能在将来成为治疗细菌生物膜相关感染的有力武器。本文对这些细菌生物膜防治办法作一归纳综述。 Biofilms are bacterial communities which are enclosed within a matrix of hydrated polymer produced by the bacteria and adhere to a living or inert surface.Most of bacteria can form biofilms under proper conditions.Bacteria in a biofilm are harmful to human health because they are 100-1,000 times more resistant to antibiotics than in their planktonic form.Therefore,how to prevent and cure bacterial biofilm is evolving as a focal problem of research.Several methods and substances that target bacterial adhension and biofilm formation are being developed,some of which might be valuable weapons for fighting infectious diseases in the future.The main methods which have been found for preventing bacterial biofilm are introduced in this paper.
