摘要
采用液态模锻方法成形粒子型复合材料,金属液在粒子层的渗透深度是一个重要指标。本文以浮石—铝复合为例,对铝液在浮石间的渗透过程进行了理论分析,确定了对渗透深度起决定作用的粒子临界温度;同时还讨论了浮石粒度、浇注温度、压力、模具温度对渗透深度的影响。最后,文章给出了较好的实验验证。
The penetrating depth of liquid metal to the perticle is an important index for the particle composite materials formed by liquid forging method. In this paper, the penetrating process of liquid Aluminum to pumice had been theoretically analyzed, the effect of the size of pumice, the puring temperature, pressure and the die's temperature on the penetrating depth had been discussed, and the critical preheating temperature for the particle, which is the decisive factor for the penetrating depth, had been determined. Lastly, the experimental restults had been given out.
