摘要
休闲体育产生和发展的社会学动因有两个层面,表面动因是生活方式的巨变和体育需求的拓展,其本质动因是个人主体性的发展已经进入到"个人化"时代。
Emergence and development of recreational sports sociological reason has two dimensions,the surface was motivated by lifestyle changes and sports needs to expand,the nature reason due to the development of personal subjectivity has already entered into the ＂Individualization＂ of the era.
