Thoughts on Knowledge Representation of Basic Theory System of Traditional Chinese Medicine

中医基础理论体系是中医药理论体系的重要部分,中医药独特的知识体系因其结构上的弱点以及表述上的问题制约着中医药知识的管理和共享。采用合理的知识表示方法,将中医基础理论体系层次清晰、概念确切、结构合理、规范地表述出来,有助于实现中医药知识的管理和共享。本体可使知识表示实现三个功能:分类、推理与共享,利用本体语言建立中医药基础理论体系的知识模型,可实现中医药理论的知识表示。

Basic theory system of traditional Chinese medicine is an important part of the theory system of traditional Chinese medicine, and knowledge management and sharing of the traditional Chinese medicine is restricted by unique knowledge system of the traditional Chinese medicine due to its structural weakness and representation problems. Reasonable knowledge representation method adopted to canonically express the basic theory system of traditional Chinese medicine with distinctive nuance, exact concept and reasonable structure, will help to achieve the knowledge management and sharing of the traditional Chinese medicine. Ontology enables knowledge representation to achieve three functions： classification, theorization and sharing. The establishment of knowledge model of basic theory system of the traditional Chinese medicine by means of ontology language can be used for knowledge representation of the traditional Chinese medicine theory.
