脑桥出血继发肥大性下橄榄核变性一例 被引量：3

摘要 肥大性下橄榄核变性（hypertrophic olivary degeneration，H（）D）是一种继发于齿状核-红核-下橄榄核环路（Guillian-Mollaret三角）区病变引起的特殊的跨突触变性，其临床特点为延迟于原发病变后出现头晕、视物不清、眼震、软腭阵挛、肢体震颤、共济失调以及MRI检查显示的局限于下橄榄核的长T2信号。
