烘干温度对元香止痛丸有效成分的影响

Influence of Drying Temperature on the Effective Components of Yuanxiang Zhitong Pill

制丸时采用６０、８０℃烘干温度观察对元香止痛丸化学成分的影响。结果显示，烘温８０℃使延胡索乙素下降１３％，而６０℃烘干对延胡索乙素下降不明显，烘干温度愈高，丸的挥发油含量愈低。

The influences of drying temperature 60℃ and 80℃ when in preparation of Yuanxiang Zhitong pill on its effective components were studied.The experimental results showed that the content of tetrahydropalmatine in the pill decreased by 13% when the drying temperature was 80℃,while its level had little decrement when the drying temperature was 60℃, and the higher drying temperature,the lower concentration of volatile oil in the pill.
