摘要
介绍了广西电网水火电最优节能调度系统(下称系统)成功应用的情况。基于现代内点最优化理论,该系统把原先由人工完成的日调度计划,用最优经济调度数学模型描述和求解,实现了购电成本或煤耗的最小化,达到了节能调度的目的。系统对分散的日调度计划数据进行了集成,大幅度地提高编制日调度计划的工作效率。
The application of optimal energy saving dispatching system of hydro thermal power in Guangxi Power Grid is introduced.The system is based on modern interior point theory,and it describes and solves the daily dispatching plan which is made manually before by optimal economic dispatching mathematic model,so that it can minimize electricity purchasing cost or coal consumption and thus realize the energy saving dispatching.The system integrates the data of daily dispatching plan which improve the efficiency of daily dispatching plan making.
