摘要
针对目前广西火电厂机组大多数时间在低负荷下运行及电除尘器的运行特点,将电除尘器原来连续供电运行方式改为间隙供电方式。实际运行结果表明,这种供电方式下1台300 MW机组的电除尘器较原来的连续供电方式节电率最高达到50%以上,1台600 MW机组的电除尘器节电率则可达40%左右。
The continuous power supply mode of electric dust catcher is changed to intermittent power supply mode according to the long time and low load operation status of generators in Guangxi and the operation characteristics of electric dust catcher.The results of actual operation showthat the energy saving ratio is up to 50 % maximum for the electric dust catcher of 300 MW unit,and 40 % maximum for 600 MW unit.
