镁橄榄石粉水基触变涂料的研制与应用

摘要 运用正交试验方法,研制成一种镁橄榄石粉水基触变涂料.该涂料具有优良的工艺性能。涂层强度高,受高温急热不开裂,浇注后涂层形成烧结剥离层,铸件表面十分光洁,比国产数种商品涂料的抗粘砂效果好,而且成本低廉,不污染环境. In order to improve surface quality of high manganese steel casting, a forsterite water-base thixotropic coating has been developed with the help of perpendicular test method.The technological property of coating is fine.The strength of coating is high.Heated rapiclly, the coating doesn't crack. After pouring, a sintered strippable layer is formed. Surface of casting is bright and clean. The coating is compared with a number of coatings make in our country, resistance of burnt—on sand is better and cost is chcappcr.Thc coating doesn't pollute environment.It is suggest that the coating should be popularized.
