摘要
目的:探讨异位胰腺的诊断、治疗体会。方法:选择2000年3月～2009年6月我院收治的异位胰腺患者15例,对患者的一般情况、临床表现、病理诊断、治疗方法等因素进行回顾性总结分析。结果:15例异位胰腺患者中,治愈14(93.33%)例,好转1(6.67%)例总有效率100%,所有病例均顺利康复出院。讨论:正确的诊断、治疗方法对异位胰腺的治疗具有重要的临床意义。
Objective： To evaluate the value in the diagnosis and treatment of gastric heterotopia pancreas. Methods： Select March 2000 June 2009 in our hospital during the period of the heterotopia pancreas treated 15 patients, and their clinical situation, pathological diagnosis and treatment were retrospectively analyzed. Results： Within the 15 patients, 14 （93.33%） patients were cure and 1 （6.67%） patient was improve; the total effective rate were 100%. All patients were successfully rehabilitation discharge. Discussions： The correct diagnosis and treatment of heterotopia pancreas prevention and treatment have important clinical significance.
