毛细管电泳测定单味石膏及其复方中Na、Ca元素 被引量:2

摘要 目的:建立同时测定石膏中Na、Ca离子的方法,考察生石膏的解热作用与Na、Ca含量的关联。方法:运用毛细管电泳法测定生、煅石膏在模拟胃酸pH提取液中Na、Ca元素的溶出率;另外测定白虎汤、去石膏的白虎汤、以煅石膏、化学药分别代替石膏入白虎汤的Na、Ca含量,分析Na/Ca比值。结果:毛细管电泳法可快速、准确的测定Na、Ca含量,生石膏Na/Ca比值较煅石膏低,复方中Ca的含量以白虎汤中最高。结论:生石膏的解热作用可能与调节体内Na/Ca比例有关。 Objective: To establish a method for simultaneous determination of Na + and Ca2+ in gypsum and investigate the link between the content of Na + , Ca2 + and antipyretic effect of gypsum. Methods : using capillary electrophoresis to determine the content of Na + and Ca2+ in simulated stomach acid extraction of gypsum and calcined gypsum. Besides , to determine the content of Na + , Ca2+ and analyze the ratio of Na/Ca in baihu tang, baihu tang without gypsum, baihu tang in which gypsum was replaced by calcined gypsum and pharmaceutical chemicals respectively. Results : The method of capillary eleetrophoresis is able to determine the content of Na + and Ca2 + quickly and accurately. The ratio of Na/Ca in Gypsum is lower than that in calcined gypsum. The content of Ca2+ is highest in baihu tang. Conclusion : The antipyretic effect of calcined gypsum may be related to the regulation of Na/Ca in body.
