活性氧在骨质疏松症发生中作用及信号通路研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 随着老龄人口的增多,骨质疏松症的发病率也在逐年增加。研究表明,骨质疏松症与很多因素有关,提出了很多假说,其中氧化应激学说引起众多学者的重视,活性氧与骨质疏松症的发生有着密切联系,本文就活性氧介导的骨质疏松症的作用及信号通路机制研究结果进行探讨。
