新生儿窒息的相关因素研究(附167例临床分析)

目的:探讨新生儿窒息的相关因素及防治措施,减少该病的发生。方法:对我院2005年1月～2009年10月发生的167例新生儿窒息的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:新生儿窒息发生率为2.37%,新生儿窒息与多种因素相关。结论:减少窒息发生的关键是提高对本病的认识,提高产前检查质量,及早发现高危因素,加强分娩期监护,综合分析临产时胎儿状态,采取有效的分娩方式和正确的复苏方法。

Objective:To investigate the related factors and preventing measures of neonatal asphyxia to reduce its incidence. Methods:Clinical data on a total of 167 cases of neonatal asphyxia in our hospital from Jan,1998 to Oct,2005 were collected and studied. Results:The rate of neonatal asphyxia was2. 37% ,to which many factors were related. Conclusion:Effective measures of reducing critical neonatal asphyxia are to attach importance to the disorder,advance antenatal care to recognize risk factors early,strengthen the monitoring of labor and apply right and effective measures of delivery and resuscitation according to the fetal situation in labor.
