克氏针内固定治疗锁骨骨折65例体会

The Finding from 65 Cases of Treatment of Clavicular Fracture by Internal Fixation with Kirschner Pins

目的:探讨应用克氏针治疗锁骨骨折的疗效。方法:对65例各型锁骨骨折行克氏针内固定。按骨折形态、骨折位置及骨折时间进行分型,其中横断骨折19例,粉碎性骨折28例,斜行骨折18例;新鲜骨折54例,陈旧骨折11例。结果:经2～18个月随访,绝大部分骨折愈合良好。结论:应用克氏针治疗锁骨骨折固定可靠克氏针内固定锁骨骨折创伤小,有利于患者早期功能锻炼,该手术方法简单,操作简便,值得推广应用。

Purpose： To research into the curative effects of treatment of clavicular fracture with Kirschner pins. Method： Use internal fixation with Kirschner pins on 65 cases of clavicular fracture of various types. Divide the types by the fracture shape, fracture position and fracture time, of which 19 cases were transverse fracture, 28 cases were comminuted fracture and 18 cases were oblique fracture; In terms of time, 54 cases were fresh fracture and the rest 11 were old fracture. Results： Through follow - up of 2 to 18 months, a great majority of these factures healed well. Conclusion ： Treatment of clavicular fracture by internal fixation with Kirschner pins is reliable. The wound of clavicular fracture internal fixation with Kirschner pins method is small and allows patients to start func- tional exercise early. This operation method is simple and easy, and is worthy of popularizing and applying.
