以企业管理学、技术经济学、价值工程、价值链管理等为理论基础,从企业管理、经营环境和资源、价值链管理等方面进行阐述,用系统分析方法全新提出将企业管理、经营环境和资源、价值链管理融合形成具有企业特点的"资源价值链管理"理论,说明企业经营的核心是提高资源价值链的管理,保持经营成本的优化性。最后结合燃气行业的核心价值链和资源节点的实际状况对其应用进行了展望。

On the basis of the Enterprise Management Science, the engineering economics, the value engineering and the value chain management etc., this article analyses from the aspects of business management, value chain management etc. and proposes the theory of ＂the resources value chain management＂ combining the business management, running environment and the resources, the value chain management, which explained the core of the enterprise running is to enhance the management of the sources value chain＇s management, and the optimization of maintaining the cost of operation. Finally it forecasts the application of this theory in the future on the gas industry.
