随着世界全球化进程的不断推进,一些跨国公司开始不断并购我国行业领域内的相关企业,作为我国被并购的企业,怎样能在并购活动中保证自己的利益,防止国有资产的外流,政府能充分利用并购引进外资和国外先进技术这是目前摆在我国政府和很多企业眼前的一个难题。本文分析我国目前面临的跨国公司并购过程中出现的新问题,并针对相关问题提出几点建议。

With the continuous progress of world globalization process,a number of multinational companies began to merged related companies in China,as a merged corporate in China,how to ensure interests in the M ＆ A activities and prevent the outflow of state assets,government will make full use of foreign investment and advanced technology in foreign acquisition is a difficult problem that is placed in front of our government and many businesses. This paper analyzes the new problems of transnational mergers and acquisitions in China and proposes some suggestions.
