房地产开发企业造价控制成功与否,在市场经济竞争中具有决定性意义,因此,研究和关注房地产开发企业造价确定和控制管理问题具有现实意义。本文主要对房地产开发造价确定和控制管理进行分析。
The success of real estate development cost control has decisive significance in economic competitive market; therefore, researching and paying attention to real estate development enterprise cost management have a practical significance. In this paper,cost of construction confirmation and control management are analyzed.
