Analysis of the Construction Cost Control

我国建筑施工企业推行施工项目管理尚处于初级阶段,施工项目成本管理的方法还很不完善,施工项目成本控制存在着诸多问题,极大地阻碍了建筑施工企业的发展。笔者就当前建筑施工项目控制中存在的一些问题己改进措施谈一点粗浅的看法。

Implementing the construction project management is still in its infancy for China＇s construction enterprises, the construction project cost management methods are far from perfect, and there are many problems in the construction project cost control, which greatly hindered the development of construction enterprises. The author proposes some shallow views on the problems of current construction project control and the improvement measures.
