农村饮用水工程作为农村公共事业的一项基本内容,惠及广大农村群众,功在当代,利在千秋。投入巨资建设的农民饮水工程,必须建立科学规范的工程管理体制和公平有序的收费机制来确保其长期可持续使用,本文就农村饮用水安全运行管理体制的建设方面进行了一些探讨。
As an essential element of public utilities, the rural drinking water projects in rural areas have benefited the rural masses, which in the interest of future generations. The construction with large investment must establish scientific and standardized project management system anda fair and orderly charge mechanism to ensure its long-term sustainable use, the paper discusses the construction of rural drinking water safety management system.
