摘要
在危机管理中,政府是危机管理的主导,媒体是危机管理中不可或缺的重要因素。从突发事件到危机,媒体无法缺席,政府不该也不能忽视媒体的作用。政府应积极应对引导媒体,充分发挥媒体的积极作用。要在政府、媒体与公众三者之间形成一种良好的互动关系。
In crisis management, the government plays a leading role; media is an indispensable element in crisis management. From emergency to crisis, the media can not be absent; the government should also not ignore the role of the media. Government should actively guide the media and fully play the positive role of the media and form a good interaction among the government, media and the public.
