生姜与抗胆碱药的抗大鼠模拟运动病作用的比较观察 被引量:18

摘要 目的了解不同途径使用生姜液的抗运动病效果并比较生姜与东莨菪碱和山莨菪碱抗运动病作用的强弱。方法给大鼠旋转刺激,诱发异嗜高岭土行为(按高岭土摄食量判定运动病轻重程度),观察各药剂对大鼠异嗜高岭土行为的抑制情况。结果腹腔注射生姜液的大鼠,经旋转刺激后高岭土摄入量明显低于灌胃给药的大鼠。生姜与抗胆碱药的抗运动病效果无显著差异,而东莨菪碱与山莨菪碱的抗运动病作用强度相当。结论腹腔注射生姜液的抗运动病作用强于灌胃给药。提示生姜抗运动病作用除与其对胃肠的直接作用有关外。 Objective To observe the anti motion sickness(AMS) effect of ginger juice administrated by different routes and compare the AMS effect of ginger with two Ach receptor inhibitors(scopolamine and anisodamine).Methods Rats were stimulated by method of rotation to induce kaolin paroxia as an expression of motion sickness and its severity was determined by the amount of kaolin eaten, then ginger juice and Ach receptor inhibitors were separately administrated to see how much each of the drugs could reduce the amount of kaolin eaten.Results Ginger juice administrated intraperitoneally reduced the amount of kaolin eaten more significant than when it was administrated orally; and the AMS effect of ginger was not significantly different from the two Ach receptor inhibitors. Besides, the AMS effect of anisodamine was found equal to that of scopolamine.Conclusions The AMS effect of ginger adminstration intraperitoneally is stronger than when it is adminstered orally, which suggests that other mechanism may be involved in its AMS effect beside its direct gastro intestinal action.
