摘要
利用原有设备,采取"通氨滴醇"随炉冷却方法,通过改变曲轴的装炉方式、设计使用新工装、调整工艺参数等控制手段降低曲轴软氮化后的裂纹率,提高曲轴软氮化工序一次交检合格率。
Reducing the crack rate after the crankshaft soft nitriding furnace by using original equipment and adopting the furnace cooling method of "drop of alcohol pass ammonia", designing new tooling and adjusting the parameters and other control measures in order to increase one time qualified rate of crankshaft soft nitriding process.
