为适应现代工业的发展趋势,大型产品和小型化多功能产品的结构越来越复杂,对高性能材料的需求越来越迫切,相对于模具的设计也需要有相应的改进。锁具钣金模具的使用寿命主要受材料和热处理工艺的影响。分析模具材料性能、种类及特性,从而合理选择模具材料,提高锁具钣金模具寿命,降低成本。
In order to meet the development trend of modern industry, large and small multi-function products with more complex structures have more urgent demands for high-performance materials; the mold design also requires a corresponding improvement. The service life of locks of sheet metal mold materials is mainly affected by the impact of heat treatment process. The mold material properties, types and characteristics are analyzed for a reasonable choice to improve lock sheet metal die life and reduce costs.
