摘要
目的:通过对978例小儿头发微量元素测量分析,了解微量元素的缺乏与小儿临床表现的关系,从而指导对小儿营养性疾病的诊断及治疗.方法:用不锈钢手术剪紧贴头皮取样,长发取距发根3cm内头发.每份取标本发样0.58.采用CTV-202型原子吸收光谱仪火焰测定发锌、铁、钙值.结果:978例中查出缺锌847例(86.6%),缺钙409例(41.8%),缺铁134例(13.7%),通过补充锌、铁、钙制剂,患儿临床症状及体征明显减轻.结论:微量元素的缺乏会引起儿童出现一系列临床症状,如厌食,发育迟缓,易感冒等.头发微量元素的测定简便易行、无痛苦,对小儿营养性疾病的诊断及治疗有一定指导意义.
Objective: To investigate the correlation between lack of the trace elements of children hairsand malnutrition. Methods: Levels of zine, iron, calcium were measured by CTV-202 atomic absorptionphotometer from 978 cases of children hairs. Results: The lack of the trace elememe of children hairswas zince 86.6% (844/978), calcium 41.8% (409/978), iron 13.7% (134/978), respectively, Conclusion:We recommend that the trace elements of children hairs be measurd when children had anorexia,bradygenesis and common cold.
