摘要
采用参与和介入观察、访谈等田野调查方法,对芝加哥公共图书馆基金会发起的"虚拟导航员"项目在唐人街社区公共图书馆的运行情况进行了深入调研。该案例研究表明,社会资本在图书馆读者尤其是特殊社群获取计算机免费培训信息方面扮演着支配型角色;桥接型社会资本为社群数字贫困成员实现数字脱贫提供了先决条件;社区公共图书馆在社群成员的数字化生活中可以成为一个重要"社会网络节点"。以芝加哥公共图书馆基金会为代表的非营利组织可以增加公益信息机构如图书馆的团结型(内部型)社会资本储量。
The paper berNavigator Program search findings employs participant and involved observation to discover the status quo of Cyfunded by Chicago Public Library Foundation in CPL Chinatown Branch. Refrom this study field include: social capital plays a critical role in community members'processes of access to information on free ICT training courses; bridging social capital could be the prerequisite for the "digital - poor" to move upwards along the social class pyramid ; community public library could become an important social network node for community members in digital era; Non - Profit Organizations could increase the bonding social capital in public libraries and other similar public interest organizations.
