摘要
介绍一种由两个压电圆片振子(直径25mm)构成前向聚焦声场(焦距约为114mm)的超声波加热装置。体模实验测量表明:经该装置持续加热(超声功率约2×40W)10~15分钟后可在体模内达稳定温度分布,使换能器中心附近6mm×6mm×10mm范围内达41~45℃有效热疗高温(起始环境温度为20℃时),较适用于浅表肿瘤的加热治疗。
In this paper, a double element focused ultrasonic transducer and its heat distribution is presented. It is designed for using in hyperthermic oncology for superficial tumor. The transducer is consisted of two circular disk piezoelectricoscillators with same diameter of 25 mm and generats a focused ultrasonic field with a focus of 114 mm. It is performed by phantom experament tnat a 41~45 ℃ temperature distribution which fits to the need of hyperthermic oncology in the phantom near thecenter point part (about 6 mm×6 mm×10 mm volume) out of the transducer can be produced after heating for 10~15 minutes continunously with ultrasonic power about 2×40 Watts when the started temperature is about 20 ℃.
