摘要
本实验将大鼠随机分为五组:空白对照组、磁作用对照组、AMI组、AMI药物(心得安)治疗组、AMI磁场治疗组。分别采用放射免疫方法和原子分光光度法测定各组大鼠血浆cAMP、cGMP和血清Mg2+含量。结果表明:AMI磁场治疗组血浆cAMP、cGMP含量及cAMP/cGAP比值均明显低于AMI组(P<0.05),与药物治疗组近似,略高于空白对照组、磁作用对照组,空白对照组略高于磁使用对照组,磁作用对照组最低,两组间无显著差异(P>0.05)。AMI磁场治疗组血清Mg2+含量明显高于AMI组(P<0.05),与药物治疗组近似,略低于空白对照组、磁作用对照组,空白对照组和磁作用对照组最高,两组间无显著差异(P>0.05)。提示:磁场对动物实验性AMI心肌具有一定的保护作用。
Sixty rats were randomly divided into 5 groups:group 1(G1),normal control group;group 2 (G2),nomal magnetic field control group;group 3 (G3),AMI group;group 4,AMI drug (propranolol) group and group 5(G5),AMI magnetic field group.Radioimmunoassay (RIA) and atomic spectrometer were used to assay the contents of plasma cAMP、cGMP and serum Mg 2+ .The results showed that the contents of cAMP、cGMP and cAMP/cGMP of G5 were significantly lower than those of G3( P <0.05),similar to those of G4,slightly higher than those of G and G2.The contents of cAMP、cGMP and cAMP/cGMP of G1 and G2 were the lowest among 5 groups,but there was no significant difference between G1 and G2.The contents of serum Mg 2+ in G5 was significantly higher that in G3,similar to that in G4,slightly than lower than that in G1 and G2.The contents of Mg 2+ in G1and G2 were the lowerst,but also there was no significant difference between them.This experiment demonstrated that magnetic field has the protective effect on experimental AMI myocardium in animal and provided the experimental base for the use of magnetic field to the treatment of AMI.
