石棉粉尘细胞的生物学效应

Biological effects of asbestas fiber on alveolar macrophages

目的：观察≤５μｍ和≥１０μｍ两组石棉纤维在作用时间和作用剂量上对豚鼠肺泡巨噬细胞生物学效应的关系。方法：采用细胞体外研究方法。结果：细胞死亡率，乳酸脱氢酶活性均随孵育时间延长及作用剂量的增大而毒性亦增加；细胞内钾离子含量则随时间的延长、剂量的增大而浓度降低。结论：结果证明两组石棉纤维均具有明显的细胞毒性作用。

Objective: Aim of this experimental study was to observe the time-dose biological effect on guinea pig macrophages. Methods: Used a exprimental method on macrophages on vitro. Results: The cytoclasis percent and lactate dehydrogenase incread a long with culture time and asbestos fiber dose increased but potassium ion(K +) concentration reduced. Conclusion: The experimental result indicated that asbestos fiber possess a notable cytotoxic effect.
