It is an important task for paper-makimg enterprises to keep the operation effectively and improvement continuous of the quality systems after passing ISO9001 authentication, this paper introduces the influence factors influence the quality system, analyzes the existing problem of quality system and counterplan shoulds adopt, finally puts forward measures to solve these problem.
