摘要
目的建立测定雾灵鼻通鼻喷雾剂中盐酸麻黄碱含量的荧光分光光度法。方法将样品稀释后,以262nm为激发波长,284nm为发射波长进行测定。结果盐酸麻黄碱质量浓度在10.0~100.0μg/mL范围内与吸光度线性关系良好,回归方程为Y=2.801C+27.160,r=0.9995,平均回收率为100.02%,RSD=1.99%(n=5)。结论所用方法简便易行,灵敏度高,重现性好,可用于制剂中盐酸麻黄碱含量的测定。
Objective To establish the fluorospectrophotometry method for the determination of ephedrine hydrochloride in Wulingbitong Nasal Spray.Methods The samples were diluted with purified water and detected by fluorospectrophotometry at the excitation wavelength of 262 nm and the emission wavelength of 284 nm.Results The linear relationship was found in the ephedrine hydrochloride concentrations ranging from 10.0-100.0 μg/mL,the correlation coefficient was 0.999 5.The average recovery rate was 100.02%,RSD=1.99%(n=5).Conclusion The method is simple,sensitive and accurate.It can be used to determine the content of ephedrine hydrochloride in Wulingbitong Nasal Spray.
