摘要
目的建立测定复方醋酸钠注射液中钾含量的火焰原子吸收光谱法。方法检测波长为766.49nm,灯电流为6.0mA,狭缝宽度为0.6nm,燃气流量为2.48L/min,助燃气流量为10.0L/min。结果钾的质量浓度在0.2~1.0mg/L范围内与吸光度线性关系良好,r=0.9998(n=5),平均回收率为99.37%,RSD=0.55%(n=9)。结论所用方法简便快捷、准确可靠,可用于复方醋酸钠注射液中钾的含量测定。
Objective To establish a determination method of potassium content in Compound Sodium Acetate Injection by flame atomic absorption spectrometry.Methods The detective wavelength was set at 766.49 nm,the light electric current was 6.0 mA,the slit width was 0.6 nm,the flow rate of burning gas was 2.48 L/min and the flow rate of combustion-supporting gas was 10.0 L/min.Results The linear concentration range of potassium was 0.2-1.0 mg/L(r=0.999 8).The average recovery rate was 99.37%,RSD=0.55%(n=9).Conclusion The method is simple,rapid and accurate,which can meet the requirements for the determination of potassium content in Compound Sodium Acetate Injection.
