2006—2008年我院抗病毒药应用分析

Analysis of Antiviral Drugs Application in Our Hospital from 2006 to 2008

目的促进抗病毒药的临床合理应用。方法采用限定日剂量分析法,对2006—2008年医院抗病毒药的用药频度、用药金额及日均费用进行统计分析。结果抗病毒药的应用呈逐年上升趋势,核苷类药物是主要的销售种类,用药的合理性已得到了一定提高。结论应重视抗病毒药的疗效和不良反应,合理选择药物,以提高药物治疗的安全性、有效性和经济性。

Objective To promote the clinical rational use of antiviral drugs in our hospital.Methods The analysis of defined daily dose（DDD）method was adopted to statistically analyze the changes in the frequency of drug use,total amount and daily amount in the cost for antiviral drugs application of our hospital from 2006 to 2008.Results During 2006 —2008 period,the antiviral drugs application in our hospital showed the upward trend year by year,nucleoside drugs were the main types of sales,the rationality of drug use was improved to a certain extent than before.Conclusion The antiviral efficacy and adverse reaction of antiviral drugs should be emphasized.Reasonable choice of drugs can improve the safety,effectiveness and economy of drug therapy.
