摘要
提出一种从用户浏览网页的行为中获取用户需求知识的方法.在领域内将产品进行需求项分解,从服务器日志中提取用户点击的网页及其次数,并计算出用户对每个需求项的值和可信度,由此可提取出用户以及用户群的需求知识.该方法不仅可以及时获取最近一段时间用户对现有产品指标的关注情况,还可以在一定程度上反映用户对该类产品的某些潜在需求,为企业进行新产品开发提供参考.
An obtaining user requirement method is put forward through analyzing the user's browsing behaviors. The product in a certain domain is analyzed to user requirement items. The Web pages that the user has browsed and the corresponding degree have been extracted from the server's log file. The user's requirement values for every requirement item and their corresponding reliabilities are calculated. Finally, requirement knowledge for every user and for user group can be computed. This method can not only help understand users' concerns of existing products' index, but also reflect users' potential demand of the products, which can provide enterprises reference for new product development in turn.
