浅议乡镇企业可持续发展

On Sustainable Development of Township Enterprises

当前,影响我国乡镇企业可持续发展的因素主要是:国家以及地方政策;企业布局极不平衡;工艺技术落后且参差不齐;人才匮乏、管理水平低等。我国乡镇企业要实现可持续发展,政府应制定乡镇企业可持续发展政策;全面推进乡镇企业股份制改革,打破地域界限;为乡镇企业增加资金渠道提供支持。企业要提高自身能力,从加强人才培养,提高科学技术水平上下功夫。同时,要积极开展国际合作,争取国际社会的经济、技术支持。

Currently,the main factors influencing sustainable development of China＇s township enterprises are national and local policies,extremely unbalanced enterprise location,backward and uneven technology,insufficient professionals and low level of management.Hence,the government should set sustainable development policy for Chinese township enterprises,promote stock-system reform to break territorial limit,and provide support in capital channel.The enterprises should increase their own ability through strengthening professional development and scientific technology,in addition,actively develop international cooperation,and win economic and technical support from international society.
