Currently,the situation of small and medium-sized coal enterprises in China is difficult,and in their financial management,their element task is weak,information means backward,financing ability inferior,and investment risk big,etc.Therefore,the small and medium-sized coal enterprises should actively increase element work of financial management,information construction,optimize investment structure,in addition,the central government should create a favorable financial environment for small and medium-sized coal enterprises to promote their healthy development.
