当前,吉林省生态补偿过程中存在的主要问题是,产权主体不明确,补偿标准不科学,补偿手段单一化。完善吉林省生态补偿机制,应建立相对的权利与义务责任制,建立适合本省的生态补偿机制和多元化的融资渠道,发展环保型效益经济。

Now the main problems in the process of ecological compensation in Jilin Province are unclear subject for property rights,unscientific compensation standard,and single compensation means.Hence,we need improve its ecological compensation mechanism through building relative responsibility system on rights and obligation,ecological compensation mechanism and multiple financing channels,and developing environment-friendly benefit economy.
