摘要
在创新的流程中,企业文化是一种企业氛围,在创新的各个流程和侧面中影响着企业创新的能力。通过构建企业文化影响企业创新能力的分析模型,可以看出,企业文化对创新动机激发能力、创新行为能力以及创新成果市场化或内部化能力的影响。开放型企业文化具有主动适应性、强烈的学习动机、开放的沟通、责任意识与竞争意识,企业能否达到创新的目的——获取利润或获得竞争优势,主要看企业的创新成果是否能被社会所认可与认同。
In the processing of innovation,enterprise culture,an enterprise phenomenon,influences the ability of enterprise innovation in all aspects.Through building analytic mode of enterprise culture influencing innovative ability,we can see its impact on inspiring ability of innovative motivation,ability of innovative behavior,and marketization of innovative achievement,or internalizing ability.The open enterprise culture has active adaptation,strong learning motivation,open communication,and awareness of responsibility and competition,and the profit or competitive advantage of the enterprises is determined by their innovative achievement being approved and recognized by the society or not.
