通过文献资料法、逻辑分析法对大型赛事体育设施建设存在的风险问题进行了分析,分析表明:规划设计、经济、社会、生态等方面是大型赛事体育设施建设必须考虑的风险问题。在风险管理中要处理好风险回避、风险转移、风险分散和损失控制四个环节,做到体育设施建设风险最小化。
