摘要
通过回顾解放军拳击队成立至今的发展情况,总结归纳其特点与存在的不足之处,得出了"选准人才是根本,疏通出路是要务,科学训练是核心,创新技术是关键,有力后勤是保障"的启示。
Through reviewing the development of PLA Boxing Team from its foundation,the authors pointed out its deficience and concluded that choosing the talents is vital,widening the outlet is the key,scientific training is core,innovating technique is determinal,and powerful rear service is the guarantee.
