The issue of foreign player＇s management is failed to be resolved in Chinese professional basketball clubs.To solve the problem,risk management theories would likely offer a new perspective to club managers.The methods of literature,logical analysis,and expert assessment can be used to identify and value these risks,which injury risk,talent risk and cultural risk are low-risks;legal risk,liability risk and market risks are moderate risks;policy risk,social risk and economic risk are high risks.Thus,to prevent and control these risks,Chinese professional basketball clubs should positive appeal CBA to perfect some policies and legal systems,spontaneously adjust and seek multichannel recruitment strategies.
