综合应用电刺激结合康复训练治疗脑卒中构音障碍 被引量:15

摘要 目的:探讨应用电刺激结合康复训练治疗脑卒中所致构音障碍患者的疗效。方法:60例脑卒中构音障碍患者随机分为A、B2组各30例,均采用常规药物治疗和康复训练,A组加用发音肌电刺激,患者同时配合主动肌肉收缩。结果:治疗28d后,2组构音障碍检查法分级评定均有显著提高(P<0.01)。A组言语功能>3级的患者明显多于B组(P<0.05);有效率高于B组(97%与77%,P<0.05);生活质量评定量表(WHQQL-100)评分,A组亦明显高于B组(P<0.05)。结论:发音肌电刺激配合主动训练对脑卒中构音障碍的恢复有显著促进作用。 Objective:To explore the curative effect of electrostimulation combined with rehabilitation training for dysarthria caused by stroke.Methods:Sixty patients with dysarthria were randomly divided into two groups,30 in the treatment group and 18 in the control group.The patients in the control group were subjected to conventional drug and rehabilitation training,and those in the treatment group to Vocastim-master instrument and rehabilitation training.Results:After treatment for 28 days,the scores of dysarthria evaluation scale in two groups were significantly increased(P0.05).The patients with speech function grade 3 in treatment group were significantly more than those in control group.The effective rate in treatment group was higher than in control group(97% vs 77%,P0.05).The scores of WHQQL-100 in treatment group were also obviously higher than in control group(P0.05).Conclusion:The electrostimulation combined with rehabilitation training could effectively promote the recovery of dysarthria caused by stroke.
