颈椎定点伸引术结合肌肉起止点疗法治疗颈源性高血压

The Therapeutic Effect of Cervical Local Point Traction Manipulation Combined with the Beginning and Ending Spots of Muscles for Treatment of Cervical Hypertension

目的:观察颈椎定点伸引术结合肌肉起止点疗法治疗颈源性高血压的临床疗效。方法:颈源性高血压患者106例,随机分为A、B2组各53例,均服用常规降压药和采用肌肉起止点疗法,弹拨、拿捏,隔日1次。A组同时加用颈椎定点伸引术,5～7d1次。治疗前后2组各测量血压,评定症状积分和临床疗效。结果:治疗20～30d,颈肩部症状积分和血压指数2组均较治疗前明显下降(P<0.01);与B组比较,A组下降幅度更明显(P<0.05)。临床治愈率和总有效率,A组高于B组(64.2%、96.2%与45.3%、86.8%,P<0.05)。结论:颈椎定点伸引术结合肌肉起止点疗法可纠正颈椎的移位,缓解颈交感神经的刺激,使血压明显下降,达到治疗目的。

Objective：To observe the therapeutic effect of cervical local point traction manipulation combined with the beginning and ending spots of muscles for treatment of cervical hypertension.Methods：106 cases of cervical hypertension patients were randomly divided into group A and group B,and each group had 53 patients with cervical hypertension.All the patients were treated by conventional antihypertensive drug and the beginning and ending spots of muscles treatment.The patients in group A received cervical local point traction manipulation as well.Changes of blood pressure and clinical symptoms were recorded before and after the treatment.Results：After treatment for 20-30 days,the clinical symptoms of shoulder and blood pressure index were improved in both groups（P0.01）.As compared with group B,The hypotensive effect was more significant in group A than in group B（P0.05）.Clinical cure rate and total effective rate were significantly increased in group A as compared with group B（64.2% vs 45.3%,and 96.2% vs 86.8%,P0.05）.Conclusion：Cervical local point traction manipulation combined with the beginning and ending spots of muscles is an effective therapy for treatment of cervical hypertension.
