摘要
正三阶色散对光孤子传输和孤子效应脉冲压缩都是有害的。本文对负三阶色散光纤中的孤子效应脉冲压缩进行了数值计算,发现在适当条件下,负三阶色散对孤子效应脉冲压缩不仅无害,而且有益。
By numerically solving the modified nonlinear Schrodinger equation, wehave investigated soliton-effect pulse compression in optical fibers with negativethird-order dispersion. We have found that, under suitable conditions, negativeti ird-order dispersion is beneficial to pulse compression, in contrast to that positivethird-order dispersion is detriment to pulse compression
