摘要 介绍了一种128×1多量子阱红外探测器线阵,并且与128×1读出电路相连接,成功地读出了相应的红外信号,均匀性良好。为以后的图像处理打下了基础,得出该读出电路可顺利的应用于这种探测器的结论。 A 128×1.multiquantum well linear array detector and its multiplexe are presented.The sig- ual of the linear array was read out successfully and the readout circuit can be used in the imaging of the detector.
