摘要
本文研究了新显色剂与Cu2+的显色反应。结果表明,在PH为10的硼砂-氢氧化钠缓冲溶液中该显色剂与Cu2+能形成一种稳定的红色络合物,其最大吸收波长位于520nm处,摩尔吸收系数为4.48×104L.mol-1.cm-1,铜浓度在3-10ug/25ml范围内服从比尔定律。该方法具有良好的选择性和灵敏度,在NaF和NaAc存在下,可直接测定电镀废水中的微量铜,结果满意。
This paper studies the color reaction between the new color-producing reagent and Cu^2+.its can form a kind of stable red complex compound in the buffer solution of borax-sodium hydroxide with pH=10.which the biggest absorption wavelengh lies 520nm and mol absorption coefficient is 4.48×10^4L.mol^-1.cm^-2.its obey Beer's law within the copper scope of 3-10ug/25ml. Under the existing of NaF and NaAc, the minim Cu in electroplating effluent can be determined direct. The result shows that the method possess good selectivity and sensitivity.
